On May 25, 2018, the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union (2016/679) of April 27,
2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data,
and the repeal of the Directive will enter into force in Poland. 95/46 / WE (hereinafter referred to as: "GDPR").
According to the GDPR, in order to ensure adequate protection of personal data,
the data subject must first of all provide information on the processing of his personal data specified in art. 13 or 14 GDPR -
depending on whether they were obtained directly from the data subject or from other sources.
According to above, we kindly inform you that the administrator of your personal data is and will remain the company CONMARC
with its registered office in Wągrowiec at ul. Grunwaldzka 65, 62-100 Wągrowiec, NIP: 7660005384, REGON: 572000942.
CONMARC processes and will process personal data obtained from you in connection with the intention to conclude a sales contract or
concluding a contract for the sale of products offered by CONMARC (hereinafter: "Agreement").
In addition, CONMARC processes and will process information from public and generally available sources (Internet, KRS register, CEiDG database), creating its own database.
Among this information, there may be data that are personal data under the GDPR.
All obtained personal data are processed legally.
The administrator makes every effort to ensure comprehensive measures of physical,
technical and organizational protection of personal data against accidental or deliberate destruction,
accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.
Your personal data is processed electronically and manually in accordance with the methods and procedures
related to the purposes of the processing referred to in this information.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data may or may be:
consent, i.e. your voluntary consent to the processing of data, indicated in art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) GDPR;
contractual requirements, i.e. the need to have data available for the performance of the Agreement or to take your initiative before its conclusion
(e.g. by placing an order for products or services offered by CONMARC), indicated in art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b) GDPR;
statutory requirements, i.e. the need for CONMARC to fulfill legal obligations resulting from legal provisions, indicated in art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c) GDPR;
justified requirements of the administrator, i.e. the need to implement the legitimate interests of CONMARC, indicated in art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR;
Based on the above legal grounds for data processing, CONMARC will process the data obtained from you for the following purposes:
for the purposes indicated in the consent - on the basis of this consent -
in this case, you may withdraw your consent at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness
of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal; however, the refusal to consent or its withdrawal will result in
CONMARC not being able to process your data for the purposes indicated in the consent,
in order to offer CONMARC products and services, analyze the possibility of concluding the Agreement,
assess the risk related to the conclusion of the Agreement or its performance,
including by building your profile as a contractor, analyzing it and creating forecasts and needs, and then -
if the Agreement is concluded - in order to its performance,
including to handle inquiries and complaints, fulfill your orders,
as well as conclude accompanying contracts, e.g. contracts securing CONMARC's claims,
in order for CONMARC to comply with the law, in particular tax regulations - based on statutory requirements,
in order to pursue claims and defend against claims under the concluded Agreement,
for the purpose of marketing CONMARC products in connection with the Agreement,
for the purposes of ensuring IT security - based on the legitimate requirements of the administrator,
in order to handle inquiries sent using the contact form on the CONMARC website (Contact) -
based on contractual requirements or justified requirements of the administrator, depending on the subject of the inquiry.
The period of processing the obtained personal data is related to the purposes of their processing indicated above.
Therefore, personal data will be processed within one of the following periods:
for the period in which the law requires the storage of data,
or for the period of limitation of any CONMARC claims, for which it is necessary to have the data available.
The personal data obtained from you may be available in they are processed for the purposes indicated above - made available to entities other than CONMARC, i.e .:
entities providing services to CONMARC, e.g. IT service providers, auditors, tax and legal advisers, on the basis of contracts for entrusting the processing of personal
data, other authorized entities, only to the extent specified by law.
The processing of the data obtained from you by the company will be based on a voluntary basis.
Refusal to provide data may prevent you from receiving an offer, placing an order, and concluding an Agreement.
In the cases and on the terms specified in the provisions on the protection of personal data, you will have the right to:
obtaining access to your data,
rectifying them,
deletion,
restrictions on their processing,
object to the processing of personal data based on a legal basis in the form of legitimate administrator requirements and transfer of personal data.
In addition, you will have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory
authority indicated in the currently applicable act regulating the principles of personal data protection.
CONMARC does not appoint a personal data protection officer.

If you provide CONMARC with the personal data of your employees, proxies, members of the management board,
partners, associates, contractors, suppliers, beneficial owners or other persons, please inform these persons:
on the scope of personal data relating to these persons, and provided to CONMARC,
that CONMARC is the administrator of their personal data and that it processes their personal data on the terms set out above,
that you are the source from which the company obtained their data.
